Ability to apply disciplinary & grievance processes
Ability to promote professional and effective communication through consultation with Union members
Ability to interpret and implement Union/Company agreements
Ensure labour stability across Ford Manufacturing operation.
Facilitate and maintain a constructive and effective union/management relationship.
Provide expert credible advice and guidance on the provision and strategically sound application and implementation of all policies, procedures and practices.
