Responsiblities

In BASFs path forward for Development Solutions you, together with the team, will be active in various areas of Software development platforms. Within the product teams you will design, develop, and enhance applications.  You will learn, translate business needs into user stories and implement low-code/no-code/coded solutions that improve operational efficiency. In addition, you participate in hackathons, design thinking sessions, and community forums (e.g., Yammer, Teams) to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.

 

Your own software developments create value in projects; therefore, your programming skills are appreciated. Additionally, you support the management of developments in cooperation with internal colleagues or external service providers.

You will use agile methodologies and DevOps practices in product lifecycle management. At the end of the rotations, you would be able to support citizen developers across APAC by coaching, sharing best practices, and enabling self-service development.

 

Requirements:

 

Prior experience in software development with Coding and / or LowCode/NoCode development platformsProgramming skills: If you have any skills in either Python or Java or any Web development stack (React/Vue/Node) in general, JavaScript, CSS, HTMLFamiliar with cloud technology and databases Good learning aptitude, a positive attitude and a growth mindset.You can communicate clearly and authentically in English (spoken and written).You like to work in an international/global team independently as well as collaboratively.

Experience and Know How in one of the platforms: Microsoft PowerPlatform, Outsystems, UIPath, Bizagi, ServiceNowWorking in Agile methodologies and knowledge in Azure DevOps  Detail oriented, analytical, proactive, and inquisitive.Experience in complex interface integration and API creation/managementUI/UX DesignUsage of AI TechnologyExperience with Business Process Workflows (BPM) and Automation (RPA)
