THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Specialist Commercial Capabilities, you will be responsible for designing and executing learning programs that enhance our commercial capabilities and operational effectiveness. You will work closely with local and global teams to identify current and future development needs, implement engaging and scalable training programs, and monitor their impact across the business. You will be instrumental in translating PMI’s global learning practices into the French market context, with a focus on high performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with local regulations and norms.
Responsibilities:
Assess learning needs in the sales force and design strategies to close capability gaps.Localize and implement global training programs to support brand development and onboarding.Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure relevant, market-adapted learning content.Deliver in-house training and drive continuous improvement through regular field visits.Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve training effectiveness.Revitalize LMS platforms and engage learners through effective communication plans.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or learning & development roles.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a field force or B2B environment.Knowledge of learning creation tools (e.g. Rise) is a plus.You have agility, strong communication, and leadership mindset.Fluent in English and French.
