THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Specialist Brand Experience, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing memorable and immersive consumer engagement experiences across all market touchpoints. From staging and brand activations to in-store visibility and permanent materials, you will work to drive brand awareness, encourage mass trial, and increase qualitative acquisition for our SFPs.
This role requires collaboration with multiple departments (Categories, Brand, ComOps, Commercial, Procurement) and active participation in transversal projects. You will work both on strategic initiatives and the operational deployment of consumer engagement tools, applying innovation and premium execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and deployment of consumer tools across all channels (in-store and out-of-store).Design and stage impactful consumer journeys using programs and tools.Innovate and benchmark competitors and industries to disrupt traditional touchpoints.Coordinate visual materials and artworks with agencies and suppliers.Enhance engagement via emotional and memorable tools in both B2C and B2B contexts.Improve in-store deployment with tailored toolboxes and post-implementation analysis (CSAT, impact).Manage transversal projects from ideation to go-to-market execution.Support internal trainings, cross-functional workshops, and performance feedback loops.Ensure compliance with Business Conduct, safety standards, and company procedures.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.8–10 years of experience in Consumer Engagement, Market Research, Brand Strategy, Retail and/or Merchandising departments.Demonstrated expertise in consumer experience design and execution, especially in B2C contexts.Strong skills in visual merchandising, consumer journey development, and staging.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Curious mindset with the ability to synthesize market insights into impactful experiences.
