Responsibilities: • Ownership of standard accounting processes including journal entries and reconciliations • Data mining and querying of key inventory and general ledger tables • Assist in preparing and analyzing key inventory reports • Analyze complex financial discrepancies and resolve • Solve and escalate accounting issues to management • Utilize resources to identify issues, solve problems, and implement solutions with little to no supervision • Compile data to support financial forecasting • Performs complex data mining, analytics, and query creation • Perform root cause analysis and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues including across other areas of the company • Identifies and solves issues with limited/ambiguous parameters Core Competencies & Qualifications: 1. Excellent critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills 2. Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 4. Intermediate to advanced ability with Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel 5. Intermediate knowledge of Oracle, SQL and other querying tools 6. Ability to work in an ambiguous, complex, challenging and fast-paced environment 7. Ability to lead teams and own end-to-end assigned initiatives and projects 8. Detailed and organized to prioritize work effectively 9. Exhibits ability to identify and prevent potential errors with attention to detail 10. Ability to identify and analyze trends with a focus on identifying root cause to streamline processes Experience/Education:  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business or Operations Management • 4-6 years of experience required in Accounting and Finance Pay Range INR ₹0.00 - INR ₹0.00 /Yr.
