Let’s Talk About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Website Content Specialist to maintain, optimize, and elevate the quality of digital content across our websites and platforms. In this key role, you will ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with ResMed’s brand voice and marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to publish, update, and enhance web content that supports campaigns and improves user experience. You will also manage web platforms and services for both internal and external clients, with a strong focus on user-centric online content and functionality. As part of our WebX team, you will contribute to the success of all our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, management, and follow-up of assigned web requests and projects.

Participate in project prioritization and ensure consistency in request handling.

Coordinate project deployment activities including functional testing, content integration, and go-live monitoring.

Work closely with digital, Martech, and Operations teams to orchestrate and execute tasks effectively.

Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders such as Consumer, Brand, and Communications teams.

Identify potential risks or issues and proactively propose alternative solutions.

Ensure graphical and brand consistency across websites in line with group guidelines to strengthen our online presence.

Define project and request specifications (spec sheets, WebX specs) and manage stakeholder communications internally and externally.

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and recommend new projects.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Web/Digital-related field.

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Proven experience in a similar role with strong project management skills.

Solid technical skills and effective problem-solving ability.

Proficient in CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.

Design and UX knowledge.

Familiarity with project management tools like ASANA or JIRA.

Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
