<職務概要>
製薬会社の製品のマーケティングにおいて、マーケティング戦略の策定、製品マーケティングの企画、資材作成、顧客や関連プレイヤーとの適格なアプローチと営業活動の最適化を支援する。
また、社内外の連携・コミュニケーションを通じて、製品ごとの市場アプローチを戦略的に推進する。
<職務詳細>
1)市場動向や競合の分析:
新製品の展開や既存製品の改善に向け、市場トレンドと競合情報の収集・分析し、新製品カテゴリーの成長予測を行い、市場機会の特定する。
競合製品の特性や価格設定の分析、競合優位性の評価、売上予測・マーケティング施策を策定する。
2)マーケティング戦略の立案と実行:
製品のライフサイクルを基にしたマーケティング戦略の立案・計画を行う。
製品のターゲティングセグメンテーション、KOLマネジメント、学会などを含むプロモーションの企画と実行プランの策定。
策定したマーケティング戦略と実行プランに基づき、社内の関連部署や外部ベンダーとの連携を通じたマーケティング施策の実行。
3)内部プロセスの理解と連携:
社内の関連部門とのコミュニケーションと必要な調整を行い、資材レビュープロセスや広報・営業・サポートセンターなどの複数の窓口と連携し、マーケットコミュニケーションを実行する。
4)マーケティング資材などコミュニケーションツールの実装
マーケティング資材や宣伝物の企画、制作、社内プロセスによるレビュー・修正などを効果的に推進する。
外部の代理店や社内チームリーダー等との協力を通じて、製品ブランドメッセージや営業活動に適したコンテンツの具体化・作製を行う。
代理店との協力によるマーケティング資材の作成、各種講演会や学会の協賛イベントなどを効果的に実行する。
1) 製薬・医療関係のコマーシャル領域で6年以上の経験を持ち、製薬マーケティングの基本的な知識を有していること。(製薬マーケティングの経験3年以上が望ましい)
2)ウィメンズヘルス領域への関心があること
3) 必要な疾患・薬剤関連の情報や文献といった情報収集と理解を自発的・意欲的に実行できること
4)高いコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、チームで協力する能力を持っていること
5) 基本的なビジネス英語コミュニケーション能力
6)プロジェクト管理能力があり、タスクを効果的に実行できること
7)大学卒業レベルの学力
<望ましい経験・スキル>
・ウィメンズヘルス(特に婦人科)領域の営業・マーケティングの経験を持っていること
・既存の慣習やルールに捉われることなく、達成したいゴールや課題を自分で考えて取り組める人
Secondary Job Description
The Position
In the realm of pharmaceutical product marketing, this role contributes to the formulation of marketing strategies, orchestrates product marketing initiatives, creates materials, supports the optimization of effective and appropriate approaches for customers and stakeholders, and enhances sales activities. Additionally, this position strategically propels market approaches for individual products through seamless collaboration and communication within the organization and beyond.
Requirements
Market Trends and Competitor Analysis:
Collect and analyze market trends and competitor insights to guide decisions for new product launches and improvements to existing products.
Forecast growth potential within new product categories and identify market opportunities.
Analyze characteristics and pricing of competitor products, evaluate competitive advantages, and establish sales forecasts and marketing strategies.
Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategies:
Develop and plan marketing strategies based on the product lifecycle.
Create plans for targeting specific segments, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, and promotional activities including engagements with medical associations.
Execute marketing initiatives based on the developed marketing strategy and execution plan, in collaboration with relevant internal departments and external vendors.
Understanding and Collaboration of Internal Processes:
Facilitate communication and coordination with relevant internal departments, aligning efforts with multiple touchpoints such as material review processes, public relations, sales, and support centers, to implement market communication.
Implementation of Marketing Materials and Communication Tools:
Strategically drive the planning, creation, and effective execution of marketing materials and promotional content.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal team leaders to realize and develop content that aligns with product branding messages and sales efforts.
Collaborate effectively with external agencies for the efficient creation of marketing materials.
Collaborate with agencies to create marketing materials and effectively execute various lectures and conference sponsored events.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Possess over 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical commercial sector, with a fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing. (More than 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing is desirable)
Interest in Women's Health: Show a strong interest in the area of women's health.
Proactive Information Gathering: Demonstrate the ability and enthusiasm to independently collect, understand, and analyze information related to diseases, medications, and scientific literature.
High Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Business English Proficiency: Have basic business English communication skills.
Project Management Skills: Display competency in managing projects and executing tasks efficiently.
Bachelor's degree level of education
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
Women's Health Expertise: Experience in sales or marketing within the women's health domain, particularly in gynecology.
Goal-Oriented Approach: Ability to think independently about achieving goals and solving challenges without being constrained by existing conventions or rules.
