As a Sr. Specialist, Recruitment Marketing, you’ll help bring this mission to life for candidates around the world. Through social media, digital campaigns, and recruitment events, you'll be a key driver in how we show up, tell our story, and build meaningful connections with top talent. You’ll be the go-to partner for executing high-impact, always-on recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring Mastercard remains a workplace where the best people choose to be. Shape Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Own the recruitment marketing content calendar and manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing via Hootsuite. Act as the primary contact for CareerArc, ensuring platform maintenance, campaign delivery, and leading quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with the employer branding team to ideate and recommend Instagram content that reflects our EVP and talent priorities. Email & SMS Campaigns Build segmented audience lists from our talent community database and execute monthly email/SMS outreach to nurture and convert passive talent. Align campaign messaging with our EVP, priority hiring needs, and current marketing initiatives. Paid Advertising Design and implement paid recruitment marketing strategies tailored to specific business and hiring requests. Lead the partnership with Appcast, including weekly check-ins, campaign troubleshooting, and strategic alignment. Monitor ad performance across platforms; optimize campaigns in real time and provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations. Recruitment Events (Virtual + In-Person) Serve as the marketing point of contact for recruitment events — from setup in our CRM to managing pre- and post-event communications. Ensure event branding and messaging aligns with Mastercard’s values and resonates with targeted candidate personas. Who You Are Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or social media strategy. Hands-on experience with platforms like Hootsuite, CareerArc, Appcast, and Phenom (or similar CRMs/ATS/marketing tools). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and audience segmentation. A detail-oriented multitasker with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach — excited to test, learn, and continuously optimize.
