This role will be pivotal to the companys enterprise support offering, ensuring a white-glove experience by consistently delivering quality assurance and customer standards with exceptional precision. You will independently drive in-depth research, often accessing sensitive data directly from its source, to uphold best-in-class accuracy, compliance, and strict adherence to customer agreements. What youll doExecute and meticulously process complex background checks, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across identity verification, compliance adherence, and data classification.
