**The Job's Mission** 医療機器の品質保証業務全般に精通し、その知識と経験を有し、品質保証分野の円滑な業務遂行を目的とする。 **Key Activities & Accountabilities** 当社が製造販売する製品に係る下記を中心とした品質保証業務の適切な履行を職責とする。 + 医薬品医療機器等法ならびに QMS 省令を遵守した業務 + 品質情報に係る受付処理業務及び顧客対応 + ISO13485:2003 要求事項の順守と維持管理 + 外国製造業者への製品品質の維持・改善の積極的な働きかけ + 製品回収・改修が必要となった場合、実施の推進（社内調整、行政とのコミュニケーション） + 薬務渉外（PMDA ・都庁対応） + 外国製造業者登録・QMS 適合性調査に係る業務 + 業態の維持管理に係る業務 + QMS 省令遵守の仕組み構築、改善活動の実施、推進 **Education** **(mandatory field)** + 理系のバックグラウンドがあることが望ましい。 + 語学力（英語によるコミュニケーションが口語・メールを含め問題なく実施できる） **Experience** + 医薬品医療機器等法全般に精通している。 + 医療機器の品質保証業務の業務経験 3 年以上である。 + 製造現場で製造管理、品質保証などの実経験があれば尚可。 **Competencies** + 業務に必要な専門性のみならず、組織の中で、円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる人材。行政や海外製造所を含む社内関連部門（薬事、品質保証、品質管理、営業、マーケティング、オペレーション、カスタマーケア等）との良好かつ円滑なコミュニケーションをとり業務を遂行することができる。 + 問題意識を持って業務に取り組み、必要であれば論理的な解決、解決への提案ができる。 + 誠実な対応、率先して行動できる人材を求む。 Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
