Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for daily customer service tasks and routine reporting, ensuring stability in the customer experience. The role will work towards KPIs and SLAs for defined customer program. The role will support proposals for optimization of the customer program across active geographies.

Responsibilities:

Program Management

Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs within the accounts that are assignedSupport KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accountsDelivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accountsCollaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs

Customer Experience

Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problemsSupport program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processesServe as first point of contact with customers

EXPERIENCE

General Experience

Initial experience within logistics/program management (Preferred 1-3 years)

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $105,000.

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
