Program Management
- Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs within the accounts that are
assigned
- Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts
- Delivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs
Customer Experience
- Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems
- Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processes
- Serve as first point of contact with customers Continuous Improvement
- Participate in best practice sharing
- Discuss potential improvements for assigned accounts with supervisors and SMEs and support potential changes
General Experience
Initial experience within logistics/program management (1-3 years)
Scope: individual Contributor
Geographic scope: Depending on assigned customer account, but typically local/
regional remit
