Overview
•\tThe MPMS Program Management team maintains and grows Prepaid sales and distribution relationships within Australia and New Zealand
•\tWe are a dynamic Program Management team that prides itself on building relationships with our customers through service excellence, sales growth strategies and implementation of strategic initiatives
•\tThis role is responsible for supporting the tactical and strategic Prepaid relationship for a major Government organisation.
Role
Provide relationship management and account direction for a major Government organisation:
•\tServe as the part of the relationship team with responsibility for sales and revenue achievement and growth
•\tAccount relationship governance and responsibility
•\tProvide head office relationship contact and escalation support
•\tSupport sales target achievement and management
•\tSome management of contractual responsibilities within the account
•\tLiaise and coordinate internal departments to deliver requirements and project delivery
•\tServe as the day to day relationship contact to field questions / escalations / issue management
Develop strategies to grow sales and revenue a major Government organisation - from consumer campaigns to retail network engagement
•\tTracking weekly and monthly performance to budget and Year or Year performance
•\tIdentify Recovery strategies for under performance
•\tEnsure clients derive maximum value from our services.
•\tEnsure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems
•\tSupport the strategies to grow sales
Roll out and execute strategies in collaboration with our customer and internal stakeholders (marketing, advisors, product, legal, compliance)
•\tCustomer staff training and engagement strategies
•\tWork with internal marketing team to deliver tactical marketing calendar
•\tEnsure all internal stakeholders are engaged with change management and product / project workflows
Identify opportunities to grow distribution of the prepaid products through engagement of retail network and stores
•\tIdentify new opportunities from within existing accounts
•\tSupport and deliver existing opportunities within the account
•\tDrive client retention, upsells and client satisfaction
Reporting and Analysis
•\tPrepare and deliver effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization
•\tDeliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams.
•\tWork closely with Analytics team to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
•\tFocus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
•\tSupport technical teams to deliver enhancements and issue management
All About You
•\t4+ year’s experience in admin, sales and/or Account Management
•\tMinimum 3 years in an ecommerce/digital environment within a marketing environment
•\tPrevious experience in project management participation with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
•\tDemonstrated previous experience in a high pressured environment where problem solving has been critical
•\tDynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
•\tConfident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
•\tA focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
•\tBusiness acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
•\tAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
•\tPassionate about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
