Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Order Fulfilment team ensures transparency and reliability of the order book by optimizing stock availability, executing timely allocations, and managing logistics planning. Our mission is to deliver every order in full and on time, while driving efficiency and reliability across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Book Management
Maintain and execute the order book to meet customer expectations, ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns and launches.
Oversee stock availability and fulfillment for daily operations, including allocation, phasing, and redating.
Monitor and maintain order book accuracy, coordinating closely with Sales Operations.
Set up and manage system rules for Value Added Services (SHAS & SHAD).
Availability Management
Track and prioritize seasonal orders with PSI and Inbound teams.
Lead Hard Launch processes, identifying and resolving supply chain constraints.
Optimize demand-supply balance to achieve financial and inventory targets.
Oversee virtual stock transfers, physical inventory movements, and SAP transactions.
Manage stock category movement to maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor and resolve QI/blocked stock issues.
RFC Management
Lead RFC updates, perform gap analysis, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Allocation
Maintain outbound lead times and calendars quarterly to ensure accurate delivery planning.
Allocate stock using SAP and other control systems, supporting both batch and ad hoc requests.
Delivery Note (DN) Management
Collaborate with channels to manage DN creation and execution, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Reporting
Deliver local COTA/OTIF reporting, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvement actions.
Provide transparency on order book delivery projections.
Generate operational and ad hoc reports to support stakeholders.
Ongoing Projects
Support SAP workshops, upgrades, and go-lives with testing and validation activities.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally in Supply Chain Management
