Position Summary

1. Improve customers' purchase experience and maximize sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally.
2. Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation.
3. Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance(Website's download speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Platform Strategy] Collect business requests, establish business processes, plan services and design solutions.

2. [Project Management] Enhance and roll out(development specification, timeline, budget) functionalities and advance the development of new functionalities.

3. [Platform Operation] Launch tasks, manage incidents, enhance security and performance of infrastructure, improve download performance and optimize search engines(SEO), and perform tagging work.

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
