Senior Specialist, Marketing
The Marketing Specialist provides essential support for the execution and coordination of marketing activities across both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager, this role assists in the implementation of paid media campaigns, content amplification efforts, and various administrative and logistical tasks to help drive brand awareness and lead/patient generation for ADSG | Edgepark initiatives in Ostomy, Diabetes, Breast Pump, and Urology. This role supports both the B2B and D2C Marketing Managers, providing a centralized point of coordination. **_Responsibilities:_** + Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various B2B and D2C channels, as directed by the B2B and D2C Marketing Managers. This may include setting up campaigns in platforms, creating reports, and managing asset delivery. + Support the amplification of content created by the Activation and Strategy marketing team (Diabetes and Ostomy Marketing Managers) through paid B2B channels by assisting with the coordination and scheduling of promotions. + Help manage and organize marketing materials and assets needed for B2B and D2C campaigns. + Assist with the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, helping to track key metrics under the guidance of the B2B and D2C Marketing Managers. + Coordinate with external vendors or agencies on specific tasks, such as providing creative assets or tracking campaign progress. + Support the B2B and D2C Marketing Managers in managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. + Assist with administrative tasks related to B2B and D2C marketing activities, such as processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation. + Manage and maintain the organization’s Highspot account, including training, digital room creation, page analytics and budget reconciliation. + Help maintain and update marketing calendars and campaign trackers. + Develops and maintains marketing performance dashboards for platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence. + Assist in managing social media channels, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences. + Ensure all marketing activities align with relevant regulations, including HIPAA, under the guidance of the B2B and D2C Marketing Managers. + Attend all department, team, and company meetings as required. + May perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as required. + Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the needs of the department. **_Qualifications:_** + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred. + 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role, with some exposure to B2B and/or D2C marketing or digital advertising preferred. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in basic marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **_What is expected of you and others at this level:_** + Basic understanding of B2B and D2C marketing concepts and channels. + Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and support two managers. + Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks efficiently. + Proactive approach to supporting team needs. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes. + Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools is a plus. + Friendly, professional, and effective communication skills. + Self-directed accountability and reliability. **Anticipated salary range:** $67,500 - $96,400 **Bonus eligible:** No **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close:** 08/29/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
