The Customer Experience team focuses across 4 departments including, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and our Loyalty & CRM team. About the Job About the Job The Senior Specialist, Loyalty is responsible for the execution and optimization of PetSmart’s Treats Rewards offers within the loyalty platform. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end offer strategy, forecast, execution and reporting Provide subject matter expertise on loyalty platform functionality, troubleshooting, and process standards Partner with CRM and Creative teams to align promotional messaging and execution Maintain and update offer documentation including metadata, SKU lists and calendar Provide reporting and performance insights to cross-functional partners Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency Support training and knowledge sharing with teammates on platform best practices Keys to Success Strong desire to learn and grow Develops strong understanding of loyalty systems to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution. Ensures accuracy in execution and data management Works effectively across a variety of teams, including Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Merchandising, and Finance, to support smooth execution Required Skills Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate data to inform decisions Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills for updates and reporting Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience, including marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, buying/planning, or finance roles Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis) Comfortable using Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations, with ability to learn new skills as needed About the Culture At PetSmart, we work hard to create a culture where every associate feels like they truly belong and we celebrate the unique stories, backgrounds, and experiences our associates share.
