**Senior Specialist, L&D, Fulfilment Operations**
Report to the ICQA Manager of APAC Fulfilment Operations. This role is designed to accelerate operational excellence and 3PL compliance by converting process designs into executable knowledge assets, deploying rapid change interventions, and building a self-sustaining learning ecosystem across APAC fulfilment operations. This role doesn’t just train people – it builds the playbook that turns 3PLs into extensions of our fulfilment operations network. It’s where operational excellence becomes scalable IP.
**Your Responsibility will include (but not limited to):**
+ Knowledge Internalization & Standardization
+ Co-create Modular SOPs: Partner with SMEs/Process Engineering to transform workflows into visual, version-controlled work instructions.
+ Maintain Knowledge Ecosystem: Curate a centralized digital repository (e.g., SharePoint/SOPHub) with tiered 3PL access; enforce regular SOP updates.
+ Audit SOP Health: Track “Knowledge Debt” (undocumented processes); ensure 100% coverage of critical workflows.
+ Change Management & Deployment
+ Rapid Change Packages: Develop and deploy SOP + training + QA checklist bundles within SLA of process redesigns.
+ SME Mobilization: Train / certify 3PL process champions to drive local adoption; measure success via SOP adherence rate.
+ Learning Solution Development
+ Just-in-Time Training; Design learning script (videos/guiding books) for SOP updates.
+ Role Certification: Build and manage skill-based programs with practical assessments.
+ 3PL Trainer Enablement: Certify 3PL trainers; audit training quality quarterly.
+ Continuous Improvement Integration
+ Feedback-to-Knowledge Loop: Capture frontline insights during training; convert into SOP refinements.
+ Defect Prevention: Partner with ICQA to embed lessons from RCAs into training.
**What we will be looking for in you:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
+ 5+ years in operational L&D (warehouse/logistics/3PL environment), preferably in retail/fashion.
+ Expertise in SAP/WMS modules and transportation workflows, analytics tools (Power BI, SQL), returns platforms.
+ Proven success in building SOP ecosystems and reducing time-to-proficiency.
+ Change management frameworks.
+ Root-cause analysis, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt+).
+ Client-facing communication for control plan advocacy.
+ Strong collaboration skills with Country Ops/Engineering/Customer Service teams.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels. Excellent communication skills in written and oral English & Chinese with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner. Excellent document writing and upwards communication skills.
+ Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios. Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
