This role presents an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the FCE HR team, contributing your expertise, insights and ideas, working closely with colleagues across the business and supporting the delivery of key business objectives.

This position is based in Manchester, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Manchester Business Centre for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

As a Senior HR Specialist, you’ll be a key member of our HR team, delivering strategic and operational HR support across multiple teams including the Manchester Business Centre and Ford Credit Britain & Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the delivery of the HR Cycle Plan (performance management, compensation, feedback surveys, etc.)Advising managers on employment policies and employee relationsSupporting organisational change and functional restructuringManaging recruitment processes and relationships Driving initiatives around engagement and wellnessCollaborating on HR projects and liaising with Ford Motor Company HR teams
