Join us and be part of our inspiring journey. **You will make an impact by...** + Playing a pivotal role in advancing patient care by supporting the delivery of high-quality, independent medical education. Your contributions will directly enhance healthcare providers’ ability to manage disease more effectively. + Oversee Grant Submissions: Monitor the Salesforce grant portal to track educational grant applications and prepare documentation for review meetings. + Ensure Compliance & Documentation: Collect and verify Proof of Performance and budget reconciliations in accordance with the External Funding Policy. + Support Communication: Draft and manage professional email communications with contracted grant recipients. + Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Medical Affairs, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate contracts and payments. + Resolve Technical Issues: Liaise with IT to troubleshoot grant portal issues and provide responsive customer support.\ + Assist with Reporting: Support grant reporting and respond to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders. + Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with training and ensure all activities align with ACCME, OIG, and FDA guidelines, as well as Global Compliance policies. + Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in process enhancements and support the broader mission of ethical, impactful medical education. **What you'll need (Required):** + Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related experience Or + Master's Degree or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience **What else we look for (Preferred):** + Experience leveraging Salesforce functionality to streamline communication, reporting, and compliance tracking + Good organizational and project management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills + Clear, concise and professional in communication + Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills + Solid knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning + Good people skills, customer-oriented + Strict attention to detail + Drives tasks to successful completion and closure + Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment + Ability to work in a team environment with global teams and cross functional partners + Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
