Analytics & Innovation, with a focus on Medical Chargebacks, is responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, and managing/evaluating current processes; this involves working cross-functionally with the company's internal resources. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Qualifications

Constructs and articulates resource needs to deliver on project goalsGain an understanding of how the Medical Chargebacks processes works at a high level and the challenges Medical Chargebacks face to help us imagine valuable solutionsGain an understanding of the Medical Chargebacks data landscape and build valuable relationships with various teams involved with Medical Cargeback's data.Consults directly on data-driven solutions for new service offerings and strategic initiativesPrepares and analyzes data. This can include: locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating or modeling.Applies query, data exploration and transformation, basic statistical methods and visualization techniques to create business insights or improve data quality.Produces, analyzes, and shares insights from Key Performance IndicatorsServes as a trusted resource for broad and deep Medical Chargebacks (ex. Chargeback disputes, margin analysis, ) subject matter expertise in the context of developing new business processes and technology solutionsWill be responsible for blueprinting existing processes to discover automation opportunities, exploring capabilities of new tools and technology, and integrating that technology into current and new business processes to streamline Data Management work streamsWork with cross-functional partners across our highly matrixed organization to understand both upstream inputs to, and downstream impact of, current and future processesCommunicates information so that it is easy to understand and influences other to take action based on the useful information provided.Other duties as assignedAnticipated salary range: $67,500 - $96,400
