The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst to support the commercialization and delivery of key CA&E services and platforms—including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization—across Asia Pacific.
This role will work closely with Product and Services Business Leads, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about driving customer value through scalable solutions.
Role
Sales Strategy Support
•\tAssist in aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs across Asia Pacific.
•\tSupport the development of tailored product messaging for different customer segments.
Presentation & Communication
•\tDesign visually compelling presentations and sales tools that clearly communicate product value.
•\tHelp craft and deliver engaging narratives for internal and external audiences.
•\tSupport client meetings and internal briefings with clear, confident speaking and storytelling.
Sales Enablement
•\tContribute to the preparation of materials for client engagements, including pitches, joint value initiatives (JVIs) and RFP responses.
•\tHelp build scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategies to broaden product reach and relevance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•\tPartner with Product Management and Sales teams to support the execution of sales plays and enablement activities.
•\tCollaborate with Marketing to produce compelling sales tools and resources.
Customer Engagement
•\tWork with Sales to understand customer needs and help embed them into product solutions.
•\tParticipate in client meetings as needed to support product discussions and feedback gathering.
Market Intelligence
•\tConduct research on competing solutions and market trends to inform positioning and strategy.
