We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, candidate relationship management, and recruitment processes. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our organization's success. **Every day in this role you will:** + Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals. + Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels. + Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and sourcing trends. + Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. + Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sourcing efforts. + Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. **To thrive in this role, you must have:** + Extensive/proven experience in talent sourcing + Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills + Excellent analytical and research abilities + Strong stakeholder management skills + High level of proficiency in sourcing tools, creative sourcing methods, and recruitment technologies + A passion for “the hunt” and using innovative, out of the box tactics to find niche talent + Experience in tech or healthcare preferred For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
