Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Competitively source a variety of goods, software and services, negotiating and managing RFx as well as supplier contracts, and serving as a liaison among internal and external teams to find ways to meet the business’ needs + Negotiate deals and contracts on a daily basis, extracting maximum value from supplier engagements + Explore opportunities to further provide value to business, identifying and implementing cost saving opportunities considering Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) + Work closely with Business Units, Procurement Ops, Data Analytics and technical teams to support internal customers in sourcing the right products at the right time and price + Effectively manage vendor relationships and develop winning strategies supporting value creation for Dish Wireless + Support end-to-end purchasing process, from the development of goals and budgets for area of responsibility to requisition and purchase order (PO) management, to vendor management + Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and exercise judgment in creating solutions + Write, manage, and enforce policies as they relate to the Procurement process at DISH Wireless + Ensure that all business transactions are ethical and that activities are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other relevant regulatory programs **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college + 8+ years of experience in procurement, contract negotiation, commodity management + Experience in the Wireless industry is highly desired, along with knowledge of materials, suppliers, etc. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Knowledge of principles and practices in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing, including ethics, bid preparation and evaluation, quality and inventory control + Demonstrated experience in successfully driving procurement savings and building strong cross-functional partnerships with business units in a wireless network deployment environment + Ability to work independently to conduct studies, analyze and evaluate data, and make recommendations and decisions on complicated or high-profile projects + Ability to meet deadlines while managing a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment + Must have strong negotiation skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters + Demonstrated project management skills; highly organized; attention to detail + Familiarity with basic office software (e.g. ERP systems including Oracle, database management, Google Suite, OneNote) Visa sponsorship not available for this role **_Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview._** **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
