Senior Sourcing Analyst - Indirect Procurement
**What you will do:** This role reports to the Indirect Procurement Strategy and Programs function and responsibilities include support of the categories Global Travel & Meetings, HR, Professional Services, and Global Vehicle Fleets sourcing. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Monitor contract performance, identifying trends and opportunities within the travel and corporate services categories by leveraging dynamic spend and performance management tools. • Execute rate and contract integrity to ensure compliance with negotiated terms and identify discrepancies. • Maintain and update vendor contact matrix to ensure accurate records and facilitate effective communication and collaboration across partner relationships. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports and KPIs to support business needs and stakeholder requests, delivering accurate insights and recommendations. • Actively support Indirect Procurement category teams and leaders with related RFx and analytics support to enable functional KPI achievement. • Liaise with stakeholders for support for internal, external, and interdepartmental process excellence, customer support, problem solving, supplier management and project management. • Establish subject matter expertise within procurement category, procurement related tools, and processes. **What you need:** • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field -highly preferred) • 2 years of experience in supply chain, indirect or direct purchasing organization, or supporting functions (finance, engineering) required. • Able to communicate effectively, verbally to internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical skills, automating data collection and reporting, converting raw data into visualizations, dashboards, reports, and actionable insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required. • 1-3 years data analytics, Excel, and PowerBI (or similar tool such as Tableau or Qlikview) required. • Self-starter with consultative and proactive approach and proven ability to manage competing projects to deliver to deadlines and high-quality results. • Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate preferred.
