Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sourcer – Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and building strong pipelines of top-tier executive talent for leadership positions across Traveloka.
You’ll partner closely with executive recruiters and senior leaders to develop and execute thoughtful search strategies. Your expertise will help drive impactful hiring decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage executive-level talent across a variety of industries and functions.
Partner closely with Executive Recruiters and Business Leaders to deeply understand role requirements, define search priorities, and shape ideal candidate profiles.
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to uncover top-tier, passive executive candidates.
Build, maintain, and update robust talent pipelines and market maps for key leadership roles.
Lead initial outreach, engagement, and preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit against leadership expectations and business needs.
Deliver actionable market insights and talent intelligence to inform search strategies and influence hiring decisions.
Represent Traveloka with professionalism and discretion, ensuring every interaction upholds a high-quality, respectful candidate experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with at least 2 years dedicated to executive or leadership-level hiring.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong executive talent pipelines in competitive and dynamic markets.
Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex leadership needs across diverse functions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; additional certifications in recruiting or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
