Job Description

Based in London, the Senior Solutions Executive will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. This individual will work closely with practice leaders and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and support revenue growth. They are responsible for Extended workforce advisory  and transformation and will partner both with Sales teams, as well as with the other practices and Op Co’s in our International market.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement:

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.Engage in networking activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute effective business development strategies.Participate in the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.Drive the sales process by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless client experience.Manage the EW partnerships with the likes of VNDLY, SAP FG and Brightfield across International marketsWork with the OpCo’s to drive cross selling and partnership opportunities

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with consulting teams to understand service offerings and develop tailored solutions for clients.Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with potential clients.Share insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance metrics.Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships and track interactions with prospects and clients.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions regarding business development efforts.

Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership:

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact clients.Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by participating in research, writing articles, or speaking at industry events.
 

QualificationsPrevious experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within a consulting firm or professional services environment/Talent Acquisition.Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to travel frequently.
