Applying and demonstrating insightsoftware solutions to potential customersCreating and improving demo content for live presentations and recordingsSupporting the sales team in developing positive, effective relationships with potential customers and internal departments to ensure that potential customer expectations are exceededEnsuring that Salesforce is properly completed by the entire team and provides statistics on key metricsCollaborating with the sales team to answer technical and functional software questions from potential customersConducting discovery conversations with potential customers to comprehensively and accurately understand their challengesStaying up-to-date on new product features and their proper usagePresenting relevant and helpful demonstrations of all insightsoftware solutions, depending on where potential customers' needs lieAssisting with completing and reviewing requests for proposals and information (RFPs and RFIs)Providing and reviewing best practices for insightsoftware, use cases, and customer stories internally and externally to help potential customers with advanced use of application featuresTraining prospects and customers through webinars, on-site training, presentations, and trial versionsPreparing and conducting effective customer-specific demonstrations using potential customer dataProviding information, training, and application-related knowledge by participating in customer/prospect roundtables, conferences, and other eventsDocumenting relevant activities in Salesforce and other assigned toolsUp to 30% travel across the DACH regionQualificationsExtensive experience in planning and budgeting within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is the most important requirementPast experience as a Solutions Engineer at enterprise level or hands-on experience as an FP&A ManagerPast experience with financial software, statutory consolidation and/or disclosure management is advantageousBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, economics, or business administrationExperience in creating and presenting compelling presentationsProven ability to understand and address potential customer objectionsStrong ability to align product features with potential customers' business requirementsDemonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and good judgmentTechnical Skills
