We are seeking a Senior Solution Marketing Manager to support Conduent’s transformation journey and growth objectives, with a focus on our Commercial Healthcare Payment Integrity and Finance, Accounting, and Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Payer markets, as well as deep knowledge of the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement landscapes. They will have demonstrated success in B2B marketing to support our portfolio of products and solutions, lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and drive demand generation campaigns and thought leadership. This person must successfully collaborate with business leaders to develop messaging, positioning, marketing content, and integrated campaigns. They will also lead all solution marketing activities for their assigned areas and ensure alignment with Conduent’s brand and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** + Leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to drive demand generation and grow revenue and market share + Developing messaging and positioning for these solutions, focusing on buyer-centric value propositions and competitive differentiation + Overseeing the creation and management of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, industry events, and programs + Owning the content strategy and thought leadership development including web content, blogs, white papers, client success stories, videos, social media support, and sales enablement materials + Ensuring all marketing programs align with Conduent’s brand identity and messaging framework + Collaborating with cross-functional marketing resources including shared services, external communications, and analyst relations to ensure success + Leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to drive targeted engagement and pipeline growth + Monitoring competitive landscapes within Healthcare Payment Integrity, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement sectors to inform messaging and positioning strategies + Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing program performance to measure lead generation, brand awareness, and overall impact **Requirements:** + Demonstrate 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 5+ years developing and executing solution marketing and demand generation campaigns for B2B audiences + Communicate clearly and effectively with strong writing skills and fluency in U.S. English + Apply prior experience in the U.S. Healthcare Payment Integrity and Finance, Accounting, and Procurement sectors (a plus) + Leverage tools such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft BI, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo (a plus) + Embrace innovation and experimentation with new marketing approaches + Manage projects in cross-functional, multicultural environments while handling multiple priorities + Operate independently while collaborating with all levels of organizational management **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts (MBA preferred) **Flexible Working** At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
