As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, either as part of new rollouts, enhancements, or feature additions;Lead and animate client workshops to understand needs and co-design the right solutions;Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical configurations;Customize modules when required, in line with ServiceNow best practices;Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders;Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional topics;Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities in your scope of work;You will work in a collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy, empowered to deliver value and innovation to your clients.

Qualifications

Language & Communication:

Fluent in French and EnglishExcellent communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Core Experience & Skills:

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development (ITSM, CSM, CMDB/ITOM, ...)Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and customization practices (App Engine)Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approachesAbility to convert complex functional needs into technical specificationsComfortable with both “out-of-the-box” implementations and tailored customizations

Nice to have:

Experience in leading workshops and end-user training sessionsExperience with Service Portal and WorkspacesKnowledge of ServiceNow integration with external systems (e.g., via REST, SOAP APIs)Hands-on experience with additional modules such as ITOMServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other certificationsExperience in greenfield implementations (from scratch)
