We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled **Solutions Engineer** to join our newly formed Technical Unit within the Digital Natives EMEA Organization. Internally known as **Cloud&AI Apps** , this role is pivotal in helping the most innovative fintech start-ups and digital-native companies unlock the full potential of AI, specially generative AI and Azure’s suite of AI services. As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers through their AI transformation journey, offering strategic insights and hands-on support to accelerate adoption. You’ll showcase the power of Azure through compelling demos, proofs of concept and technical engagements that solve real-world business challenges. Your ability to communicate complex AI and infrastructure concepts to both technical and executive audiences will be key in driving business and technical innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to uncover new opportunities, influence decision-makers, and deliver customer success. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + **Drive App Innovation** : Lead technical conversations with customers around cloud-native application development, modernization, and architecture using Azure App Services, AKS, Functions, Logic Apps, and GitHub. + **Enable AI Transformation Through Apps** : Help customers integrate AI capabilities into their applications using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Studio—focusing on real-world use cases like intelligent chatbots, content generation, and personalization. + **Lead Technical Engagements** : Deliver product briefings, architecture sessions, demos, and proofs of concept tailored to customer needs. Address blockers and guide customers through solution design and implementation. + **Build Repeatable Assets** : Create reusable technical content, reference architectures, and playbooks to scale impact across customers and internal teams. + **Influence Product Strategy** : Provide feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer needs and industry trends, especially around developer experience and AI integration. + **Stay Current** : Keep up with advancements in cloud-native development, AI tooling, and platform capabilities. Share insights with customers and internal teams. + **Collaborate Across Teams** : Work closely with account teams, partners, and engineering to qualify opportunities, resolve technical objections, and accelerate deal closure. + **Mentor and Coach** : Support junior team members in deal planning and execution, and contribute to team-wide learning and enablement. **Qualifications** + Experience in cloud-native application development, architecture, and modernization. + Familiarity with Azure App Services, AKS, Functions, Logic Apps, GitHub, and DevOps practices. + Understanding of how AI can be embedded into applications using Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services. + Strong communication skills to engage technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers. + Background in working with start-ups or digital-native organizations is a plus. + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
