We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing specifically on the commercial business segment (~1,000 employees). You will be instrumental in guiding our customers through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging the full power of Salesforce solutions.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Commercial team, partnering with mid-sized commercial organisations across sectors such as Professional Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Health and more. You’ll help these enterprises reimagine how they serve customers and transform operations using the full power of Salesforce’s multi-cloud platform, with a growing emphasis on AI, agent-based automation, and real-time data strategies.
In this role, you’ll perform discovery, shape compelling solution narratives, and deliver high-impact prototypes — from building hands-on demos to designing agentic use cases and running C-level workshops. You’ll be hands-on, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to shape programs that deliver measurable value for customers.
You’ll play a key role in delivering the promise of CRM + AI + Data + Trust, helping customers unlock the full value of the Customer 360 platform.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with customers to uncover strategic objectives and technical challenges across their business units
Design differentiated, multi-cloud solutions that combine Salesforce technologies with AI, automation, data and integration capabilities
Deliver workshops, discovery sessions, and solution co-design engagements with stakeholders from business, IT, and executive teams
Build and deliver powerful solution demonstrations, prototypes, and POCs to validate ideas and inspire confidence in execution
Support business cases, value propositions, and stakeholder alignment through storytelling and industry-relevant insight
Act as a trusted advisor to sales, delivery, and product teams — providing feedback, sharing learnings, and championing innovation
Contribute to a growing knowledge base of reusable assets and reference solutions, particularly in AI and agentic use cases
Required QualificationsExperience with technology projects and transformations
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver business solutions with SaaS platforms
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both deeply technical teams and C-level executives
Practical understanding of modern application architectures, integration patterns, and cloud platform capabilities
A bias for action — comfortable prototyping new ideas, working hands-on with product, and learning new tools to bring solutions to life
Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Salesforce technologies including core CRM, platform, Data Cloud, and AI features (Einstein, Flow, Agentforce)
Exposure to or interest in agentic workflows, AI orchestration, or automation tools (e.g., bots, LLM-integrated applications)
Industry experience across Technology, Health, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
Track record of building POCs, accelerators, or scalable solution assets in a pre-sales or delivery setting
Passion for innovation, curiosity, and a drive to stay ahead in a rapidly changing technology landscape
