**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the job include delivering complex features and technology, enabling development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership based on conducting multiple software implementations, and applying both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. Additionally, this job is accountable for end-to-end solution design and delivery.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a technology program to help the GPS (Global Payments System) business delivery values and new capabilities for Brazil market;
+ Responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes;
+ Accountable for evolve architecture, engineer and business/capabilities skills in technology teams;
+ Aligns strategy and execution by applying Lean/Agile and design thinking approaches;
+ Coordinates and facilitates the program routines – e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations;
+ Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk;
+ Key responsibilities of the role include delivering complex features and technology enablers that improve development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through multiple software implementations and has developed both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. Can also be accountable for end to end solution design;
+ Responsible for leading a team to maximize the value delivered through multiple programs and/or value streams;
+ Develops people through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development;
+ Facilitates performance and career development of individuals through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills. Understands individual and team maturity and performance through team/client feedback.
**Skills:**
+ Specific knowledge of the local financial market and products with focus on Brazil Payments and Cash Payments;
+ Experience in Global Payment solution and platforms (Data Lake, Kafka, etc);
+ Knowledge of GPS ecosystems and functionalities;
+ Knowledge in technology tendences, digital, frameworks, cloud computing.
+ Interact with business partners and architecture to discuss and propose solution base on business process and capabilities, aligned to strategic architecture approach;
+ Ensure that the design and engineering approach for complex features, are consistent with the larger portfolio solution;
+ Fluent in Portuguese and English;
+ More than 5 years experience in Global / International banks;
+ Have worked in solution architecture and or engineering;
+ Good communicator for all levels , including stakeholders at Senior Level;
+ Resilient for environment with different cultures;
+ Ability to coordinate teams.
**Desirable Skills / Competencies:**
+ Matera Suite for Cash Management;
+ Oracle
+ Participation on technological transformation projects;
+ Agile Methodology
