What's the role?
As a Senior Solution Architect - Digital, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust, scalable technology solutions that align with our enterprise architecture. Your expertise will drive innovation and ensure that our digital platforms - from web to app - are resilient, efficient, and secure. Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, you will shape the technical vision, make critical technology decisions, and lead architectural efforts that support our strategic goals without direct reports. This role is key to delivering business value through reusable components and effective procurement of technology assets.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive solution architectures
Develop high-level and detailed designs focused on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and organizational guidelines
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to support evolving business needs
Lead technology stack decisions considering cost, compatibility, and long-term viability
Drive RFx technology evaluations, including RFI and RFP processes with architecture deliverables and vendor assessments
Champion best practices in solution architecture by mentoring peers and promoting knowledge sharing across teams
Who are you?
Experienced architect with 8+ years in Architecture & Design and 3+ years leading large-scale projects
Skilled in cloud-first architectures, particularly AWS and GCP, with hands-on experience designing scalable cloud solutions
Knowledgeable in digital technologies including frontend/backend systems, CMS, CDN/WAF, and AI/ML/LLM integration
Adept at working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered services
Strong communicator with proven ability to present complex technical solutions to executives and stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive learner with expertise in DevOps, security measures, and risk management
