Senior Solution Architect – Data Analytics & AI 

Job Summary:

Senior Solution Architect – Data Analytics & AI (Houston, TX). Serve as data expert in the field of solution architecture for Automotive clients. Engage with customers, prospects as well as field teams, engineering, product management to identify and resolve data issues in a timely manner. Supporting clients to upskill on Data Science using Altair Data and AI tools. Use deep mathematical and statistical expertise to drive customer success and software usage – work closely with the customers, prospects and partners building innovative solution architectures using software in a complex data enterprise environment helping our clients to achieve success in a variety of uses cases. Ensure the understanding of data platform – manage relationships between the company and its clients to provide a reliable communication channel for all kinds of technical inquiries. Work with the team – provide mathematical and statistical insight to support teams in a variety of scenarios. 

Education/Experience Required:

Telecommuting permitted. Approximately 10-15% domestic and/or international travel. Master’s degree in Analytical Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Business Administration with specific math/statistics-related coursework, or a closely related field. 24 months’ experience as Support Manager – Customer Success (Statistician), Operations Manager, IT Manager, or any related field. 24 months of experience in: RapidMiner AI Hub, RapidMiner Studio, Python, and REST API. 40 hrs/wk.
