Senior Solution Advisor HCM - ANZ

The SA brings well-developed HCM solution and business process knowledge to customers by demonstrating a compelling vision of the future with SAP Business Suite with HCM plus partner solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation & demonstration skills, deep knowledge of SuccessFactors or other HCM solutions/industry, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The individual will act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors, staying current on product updates, new features, and industry trends. The SA will leverage deep expertise in specific solutions to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support.
