UST® is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to contribute to testing strategy to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers, BAs and business users on test plans, test designs and test case preparations Provide updates on testing progress, raise blockers Adheres to the Definition of Done Ensure test environments are properly configured and data are available for testing Collaborate with developers on defect management Work closely with project stakeholders during sprint reviews/demo and obtain sign-off

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing web applications and must possess strong background on QA processes and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, verification and software development Good understanding of application development and software development life cycle String problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues Experience in Agile, JIRA, Confluence Background in retail business is a plus Amenable to working mid shift schedule
