Job Description:
Senior Software Test Engineer positions offered by Cox Automotive Corporate Services, LLC (Atlanta, Georgia). Perform requirement gathering, gap and business impact analysis, estimation, design review, schedule and task tracking, project/release planning, and integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud software development. Manage and implement test design, test approach, testing, story requirement clarification and provide feedback to the development team applying agile principals. Lead testing effort for medium-to-large sized products, from concept to delivery. Create production implementation and test plans, and validate the production Go Live. Run regression test suite to ensure all the scripts are running successfully. Build, maintain and run test automation scripts using Tosca. Update smoke testing suite & regression testing suite every sprint to accommodate new features/enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, business administration, electronic engineering, technology management, or related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience performing software test engineering or software development for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated, the employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, or a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and experience or graduate-level coursework as stated. Also requires experience or graduate-level coursework utilizing the following tools: Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Tricentis Tosca, and Rally. Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
Compensation includes a base salary of $116,318 to $144,709. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
