**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to lead and execute the full range of testing activities for the OMIS-A program, a critical initiative supporting the U.S. Army. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a DevSecOps and Agile environment, with a strong focus on test automation and continuous integration. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to quality, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure software.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Test Strategy and Planning: Lead the development and maintenance of dynamic test plans and procedures in accordance with Agile methodologies. Define test objectives, baselines, hardware/software configurations, and test schedules for each Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and Minimum Viable Capability Release (MVCR).
+ Test Case Development and Execution: Be responsible for the full range of testing activities, including creating and executing detailed test cases and step-by-step procedures at the keystroke level.
+ Test Automation: Utilize and champion automated testing solutions to support Agile, DevSecOps, and rapid engineering methodologies. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase code coverage and overall system quality.
+ Comprehensive Testing: Conduct various types of testing, including but not limited to alpha, beta, integration, system, platform, and regression testing. Construct and execute validation steps for user acceptance testing, including both positive and negative scenarios.
+ Quality and Metrics: Define and enforce quality standards, including pass/fail criteria and entrance/exit criteria for testing phases. Perform failure identification and analysis to provide actionable insights for development teams.
+ Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver a final test report documenting the results of all testing activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
+ Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with development, cyber security, and other QA teams to support test-driven development and continuous code integration. Share test scripts and knowledge with other testing entities to foster a collaborative environment.
+ Mentorship and Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on testing methodologies. Assist and mentor junior team members, and help drive best practices across the program.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ U.S. Citizenship and hold an active secret clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
+ Proven expertise in test automation and experience with test automation frameworks.
+ Strong background working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with practical experience in a DevSecOps setting.
+ Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
_Desired:_
+ Experience with government or military contracts, particularly with the DoD or Army.
+ Experience with testing electronic health record (EHR) systems or other medical-related software.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
