Job Responsibilities:

Mission:

Under the responsibility of the Software Manager and Senior engineer, the Embedded Software Engineer has responsibility of:- Support project team, software validation team, algorithm team and customer.- Create and maintain software quality records.- Design and develop embedded software for ECUs.

Position Responsibility:

To analyze the customers’ requirements and generate Software Requirement Specification.To follow Magna Electronics Product Development Standard and coding standard to develop, responsible for Domain/Zonal Basic Software development (Multicore OS, CAN/ETH communication, Diagnostic, XCP, NM, etc.).To give the technical support to other engineering group, responsible for scheduling optimization, occasional issue trouble shooting and so on.To participate in product/project team meeting.To take part in the product improvement (tooling improvement, tests sequence….).

Position requirements:

Diploma: Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering.Working Experience:- 3+ years experience in automotive embedded software development.- Ability to work effectively within a global team.Language: Fluent Chinese and English.

Technical Skills Requirements:

Experience in at least one kind of MCU (NXP, Infineon, TI, Renesas and so on), familiar with AUTOSAR develop tool chain (Davinci/ISOLAR, EB Tresos or others).Experience CP AUTOSAR BSW configuration, including OS, NVM stack, communication stack and Complex Device Driver.Familiar with standard automotive communication protocols, such as CAN/FlexRay/ETH.Familiar with off-board diagnostic protocol UDS.Familiar with Bootloader programming sequence, HSM related knowledge is preferred.Have hands on experience in standard automotive development tools, such as CAN Analyzer, CANOE, Trace32 or iSystem.Development experience on SOC would be preferred.
