Launched in 2019, Connects features multimedia guides with unique content exclusive to each of our over 800 cultural institution partners across 33 countries. With massive platform growth on the horizon, your native and web mobile expertise will have a massive impact on our ability to provide an amazing experience for millions of users around the globe. Additionally there will be many opportunities to expand your skills with other web and mobile technologies as our platform continues to grow. **We'll trust you to:** + Become part of an established team containing a diverse mix of engineers, as well as dedicated representatives from UX and Bloomberg Philanthropies, and Marketing + Be responsible for a highly-diverse technology stack around the Android, iOS platform as well as the app's React front-end layer. The role will expose you to a broad set of languages (Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Typescript, Ruby) and tools, and you'll be able to continue to push the boundaries by exploring new technologies as well as improving existing ones + Collaborate effectively: you'll work closely with our back-end partner experience development team to discuss shared concerns and align technical direction, you'll interact heavily with our philanthropy, marketing and UX colleagues who are colocated with the engineering team + Continue to foster a culture of sustained, high-quality delivery through collaboration and effective teamwork **You'll need to have:** + 4+ years of professional experience in software development in one of following technologies React, Javascript/TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Obj-C, Swift + 2+ years of professional experience building mobile applications (Native Android, iOS, React Native or equivalent Mobile Multi-Platforms) + 2+ years of professional experience building web applications (React, NextJs or equivalent web frameworks) + A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technology field/Equivalent Experience Salary Range = 160000 - 240000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
