[Responsibilities]

Play as senior software engineer role at onsite and prepare specification documents and system designs collaborating with customers. Coordinate with offshore team for the development of the software and integrate it in onsite with other software components.

Understand the existing system architecture and system level requirementsPrepare/update the specification documents in Japanese/English Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable software solutions using TypeScript, Rust, Ruby, and PythonWork on Linux-based environments (Rocky Linux 8) for software development and deploymentImplement and manage distributed storage systems, particularly CephFSContribute to the architecture and design of high-performance computing (HPC) systemsConfigure and optimize workload scheduling using OpenPBS (Altair)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and efficient system designPerform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization

Work Experience

■Must Have■

Strong hands-on development experience in TypeScript, Rust, Ruby, and PythonProficiency with Linux OS (Rocky Linux 8)Practical experience in Distributed Storage systems and CephFSSolid understanding of High-Performance Computing (HPC) principlesExperience with OpenPBS (Altair) job scheduling systemStrong background in system design and architectureExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentGood communication skills in English and Japanese

Knowledge of Semi Manufacturing Processes and EquipmentAwareness of CI/CD tools like Jekins, Bamboo, GitLab, BitbucketOnsite + offshore project execution experienceExperience with other distributed file systems and storage technologiesKnowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
