Self-Organizing and Cross Functional development team and is able to convert sprint backlog items to shippable product. He/she collectively owns end to end development responsibility for a given Agile Team/ POD. He/she will design, code, test, deploy & support the user stories committed for a sprint. 10 - 15 Years of experience - Working on multiple layers of technology.
Primary Technical Skills:
AWS Cloud: 6+ Years of working Experience of cloud platform (AWS) and leveraging managed services on the cloud.
API/Micro Services: Strong understanding and development experience on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services and Microservices architecture and implementation approaches.
Software development experience in Java & J2EE.
Java full stack engineer, Microservice development, Spring boot, REST API, Design Patterns, AWS Cloud Experience.
One streaming experience either Kafka OR anything.
Terraform experience to write the code for AWS cloud resource manage.
DevOps:
Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment, and monitoring automation). Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker.
Knowledge of build tools such as Jenkins.
Use of Java IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse) with debugger experience.
Understanding and implementation of test/business driven development using any Java Unit testing framework.
Experience load testing and performance tuning.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and reasoning skills.
Experience in troubleshooting performance issues in distributed systems.
Experience with profiling and tracing tools like AppDynamics, New Relic, EAPM, etc.
Deep hands-on experience on Container technologies.
Database: Working experience of NoSQL, SQL, RedShift & Elasticsearch database.
Open Source: Demonstrate hands on knowledge of Open-Source adoption and use cases.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Development Methodology/Engineering Practices: Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN).
Engineering Practices
Agile: Must have working experience of 6+ year in “Agile team”.
