The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Graduate degree or equivalent experience + 8+ years of experience in Full stack development having (Java, Kafka, MongoDB, GCP) + 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Hands on experience with 17 and above, Spring Boot, NoSQL Database, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub + 6+ years of experience with Agile/lean development practices + 4+ years of experience working with Microservices and Event-driven architecture like Kafka + 3+ years of experience with Cloud environments and architectures, preferably GCP + 2+ years of engineering experience in building infrastructure using code (Terraform) and repeatable designs + 2+ years of experience in automation of CI/CD and source control systems such as Git + Java, Kafka, Cloud platform (GCP, Azure, AWS), NoSQL Db (MongoDB, Cassandra, Postgres) experience + In-depth knowledge of GitHub features, including Actions, workflows, repositories, branches, pull requests, and permissions management + Knowledge of testing using Data Quality Framework + Knowledge of DevOps - Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Sonar, Fortify **Preferred Qualifications:** + Python, Langchain, Google ADK experience + Hands-on experiencing on building AI-agentic solutions using Langchain, google adk, Python/java _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
