该岗位负责： 1. 技术栈与平台：精通 C#/.NET 技术栈，能基于微服务架构设计和开发设备软件，支撑上层应用调用。 2. 接口与交互开发：负责设备软件与外部控制软件、图像软件的接口设计（如通信协议、数据交互逻辑），确保不同系统间高效协同。 3. 驱动与硬件适配：了解 Windows 驱动程序基础，新旧硬件平台做软件兼容适配，理解硬件基本原理（如硬件接口、信号传输逻辑） 4. 系统兼容性：新老硬件平台的软件兼容问题，确保设备软件在不同硬件环境下稳定运行，支持功能迭代。 5. 下一代控制软件开发： 应用新技术和新架构开发下一代高性能高可靠性CT系统控制软件，聚焦性能调优和易于演化的架构设计。 **Your role:** * Sets quality goals and development practices with the team, driving continuous improvement and excellence in software development through rigorous standards and methodologies. * Integrates software components and third-party libraries into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability with minimal disruption. * Conducts and participates in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality. * Analyzes and optimizes application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance user experience and system efficiency, ensuring the software meets performance benchmarks. * Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating new tools and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality. * Develops software to log and store performance data, usage, errors, etc., enabling continuous monitoring of solutions and products for improved reliability and performance. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs. **You're the right fit if:** + Familiar with C#/C++ development language and .net frameworkFamiliar with WPF and MVVM pattern + Proficient in OOAD, Algorithm, Data Structure and other common software development knowledge. + Knowledgeable about Socket and/or CAN communication + Structured problem analysis and solving + Familiar with Windows operating system, multiple process concurrent programming + Experienced in Agile development methodology + Understanding of IEC62304, and related documentation + Familiar with the foundation and approach of software engineering, familiar with the concept and approach of hierarchical software architecture design + Ability to work within a cross functional organization with good communication skills. + Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese + Self-motivated and problem solving oriented. + With CT and other medical device software development background is preferred. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
