We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Team focusing on in-car Navigation. You will work with best-in-class embedded navigation suppliers. Your responsibility will to setup project deliverables, integrate it, work on the applications for GNSS data processing.

 

Your Role:

Develop software solutions from initial concept and requirements development through to production implementation and software life-cycle supportSoftware issue troubleshooting, problem solving, root cause analysis, etc.Modify existing software to correct errors, port it to new hardware, or to improve performance and non-functional requirementsWork as a member of a globally distributed team designing and developing automotive user experience solutions for leading car manufacturersCollaborate with Customer and 3rd party suppliers to deliver the highest quality software productWork with the team on product development and standardized practices

 

Your Background:

Engineering or Master degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related5+ years of experience in C++ or Java/Kotlin development for embedded systemsVery good knowledge of tools for programming micro-controllers and processorsHands-on experience in test implementation using tools like Google Test or JUnit/MockitoExperience with agile software development processStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learnVery good English
 

Nice to have:

Automotive software experienceHands-on experience with Linux kernel, QNX, AndroidHands-on experience in Product / Component development in role like Product OwnerTest Driven DevelopmentExperience with software design methodologies and latest software quality standardsFamiliarity with micro-controllers, System-on-a-Chip and ARM processors, peripheral handling (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, etc.), vehicle diagnostics and automotive networks, such as CAN or SOME/IPKnowledge of Functional Safety, Cybersecurity and SPICE processesExperience in backlog management
