About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Engineering experience building and supporting large scale customer facing products using modern technologies.Building and delivering products using AI technologies.Strong proficiency in React JS with advanced conceptsSolid experience with TypeScript in large-scale applications.Experience with Oracle DB and/or NoSQL databases.Solid understanding of composite web services and API integration.Exposure to Python for scripting and data engineering tasks.Deep knowledge of implementing guardrails and advanced techniques for query enrichment and re-writingExperience with Pandas and handling large datasets.Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationExperience integrating AI Builder or Generative AI capabilities into applications or workflows.Familiarity with Playwright or similar automation tools.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Familiarity with cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure,  GCP).Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CDStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in cross-functional teamsProven ability to work across multiple teams and functions to drive alignment and execution.
