What You’ll DoAs a Senior Software Engineer in the Health Delivery Network workstream, you will lead engineering efforts in designing and delivering critical capabilities that bridge healthcare providers, payers, and platforms. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Proven ability to solve complex, large-scale technical problems with lasting business impact.
Demonstrated mastery in software design and system architecture.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing without authority.
Track record of using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred:
Prior experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in digital health or interoperability solutions.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data exchange standards.
Expertise in observability, reliability, and secure-by-design development.
Demonstrated thought leadership in AI-assisted development practices.
