Position: Technical Lead - GEN AI

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications.Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networksLeverage Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI, to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and have experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK. Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks Carry a rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.Possess a strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search), and embedding techniquesEvaluate and implement different embedding models (Azure OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) 
and chunking strategies (fixed size, overlap-based etc.)Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively Have experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions or similar Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best 
practices in Gen AI development
