Principal responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to restore failed IT ServiceResolve Incidents within the specified Service LevelWork with the Incident Management team to escalate problems, and lead technical operational recoveryVerify resolution with end-users and resolve assigned IncidentsMonitor capacity, performance and availability using monitoring toolsIdentify ProblemsInteract with third party vendorsCreate, submit knowledge articles and provide training to L1Identify, monitor, drive and track continual service improvementsWilling to work shifts
